This project is situated in one of the prime holiday destinations for Saigon residents, thanks to its convenient proximity to the city and clean beaches, making it ideal for weekend getaways. Over the years, the area's popularity has led to numerous large-scale coastal developments.

The masterplan spans a long stretch of sandy beach, addressing challenges such as seasonal high tides and its position south of a series of major developments along its northern edge.

The proposed design maximizes sea views for all units, ensuring that 100% of them enjoy ocean vistas. It also emphasizes a high ratio of open and public amenities relative to built structures. By incorporating vibrant nightlife options and a dynamic 3D-mapping facade that evolves throughout the week, the project aims to become a focal point of attraction in the area.
